• Where is the store based?

  Toronto, Canada

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, I accept International orders and anywhere that my postal service is able to ship to.

• International Fees/ VAT

  Please check if your country charges VAT and import fees. I will not be responsible for any charges that may apply to your order by your country's postal services.

• Do you do tracking?

  Orders from the US comes with tracking, International and Canada tracking however is not included. If you want to add tracking, simply add the tracking add-on that is located on the tracking page to your cart along with your items during checkout.

  
  *Tracking will not be available for small orders such as stickers and small flat items that are ship in letter size envelopes.
  

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Shipping within Canada can take anywhere from 4 to 10 business days to arrive. US and International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

• Will you be restocking items?

  l don't usually restock items once they are sold out unless there are high demands for it. Feel free to follow me on Twitter or Tumblr for updates on new merch I might be promoting!

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
